Michael Wright Farm Manager of Rhodes Pastoral has designed unique Fast-Fill Fire Fighting tanks.  Rhodes Pastoral was happy to support the design and installation of this potentially life saving system. With the support of the Shire from the Boyup Brook, community groups and local businesses, the paddock on Rhodes Pastoral land has been cleared and levelled.

Two 50,000-litre tanks have been installed and are supplied by the dedicated dam in the near by paddock. Rhodes Pastoral has for many years housed the main Dinninup fire truck, placing the fast-fill tanks nearby made perfect sense.

With safety at the forefront of this design, the tanks can fill six vehicles at one time, three on each side. The site is sloped to ensure a clear field of vision, with ease of access and a dedicated dam ensuring constant water supply.

Matt Keady Chief Executive Officer of DFD Rhodes and Michael Wright of Rhodes Pastoral are proud to have made this design a reality.
